I-751 Approval issued to a self-petitioning spouse. Our client was divorced and sought a waiver of the joint filing requirement based on multiple grounds: (1) good faith marriage that ended in divorce, (2) spousal abuse, and (3) extreme hardship. The case took two years and 11 months. There was at some point a request for additional evidence, but the petition was approved without a USCIS interview.  The client is super happy and so are we!
