Immigration help for northwest Arizona communities
Our regional focus includes Bullhead City, Kingman, Golden Valley, Fort Mohave, and Mohave Valley. We also welcome inquiries from Lake Havasu City. You can begin remotely or arrange to meet Arsen V. Baziyants at 530 S. 9th Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Our office is in Las Vegas; this page describes the Arizona communities we serve.
Choose a remote consultation or a Las Vegas appointment
For Bullhead City and Fort Mohave residents, a remote consultation can avoid a separate trip for the initial discussion. Clients in Kingman and Golden Valley can also start remotely and schedule an office visit when useful. If you prefer an in-person appointment, confirm the appointment and the documents needed before traveling.
When requesting a consultation, tell us your town, whether you prefer a remote or in-person meeting, and any approaching immigration deadlines. The office will confirm the consultation arrangements.
Our immigration practice
- Marriage-based green cards and family immigration
- Removal of conditions and I-751 matters
- Immigration waivers, including I-601 and I-601A
- Citizenship and naturalization
Our current practice does not include immigration court cases, detention, asylum, VAWA, U/T visas, or employment and business immigration. Please review our consultation page to see whether your inquiry falls within our practice.
Questions from Arizona clients
Do I need to drive to Las Vegas to start?
No. Remote consultations are available. If you prefer to meet in person, appointments take place at our Las Vegas office.
Does a remote consultation replace a USCIS appointment?
No. A meeting with our office is separate from any government interview, biometrics appointment, or other required appearance. Follow the location and instructions on your government notice; do not assume your appointment will be in Las Vegas because our office is there.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
Have your immigration history, prior applications or decisions, relevant government notices, and approaching deadlines available. Tell the office what you hope to accomplish so we can assess whether we may assist.
