1. FREE CASE EVALUATION: We begin with a free case evaluation based on the information you submit through the web form below. The attorney personally reviews and analyzes each inquiry. We typically respond within 24 hours with either: an offer to schedule a consultation, a follow-up question, or an explanation of why we are unable to assist.

2. CONSULTATION – BY PHONE OR IN PERSON: Your immigration question is important and requires attention, patience, analysis, expertise, and time. To ensure you receive the dedicated support and professional, detailed legal advice you deserve, we reserve guaranteed 30- or 60-minute slots for you to speak directly with the attorney. We charge reasonable fees for this level of service: $175 for a 30-minute phone consultation and $300 for a 1-hour in-person consultation. If we advise you that you are eligible for a specific immigration benefit but decide to not take on your case, we will fully refund your consultation fee as a gesture of goodwill.

3. STARTING YOUR CASE WITH US: We guide you step-by-step and assist you in gathering the necessary documents. We charge no fees until all the required documents for your case are compiled, and we are fully confident that we have everything needed to begin working on your case. Once we reach that point, we will require payment of fees—both attorney fees and, if applicable, government fees.
