LAS VEGAS IMMIGRATION LAWYER
You need professional support
The outcome of an immigration cases can make a crucial difference in one’s life, career or opportunities in the United States.
The immigration law can be confusing while the government agencies can be difficult to deal with and at times unforgiving of what might seem like the smallest mistake.
Understandably, many of the individuals and families who reach out to us from Las Vegas or any other part of the U.S. do not wish to engage in self-help and are prudent to seek professional help of an immigration lawyer.
A consultation with an immigration lawyer
Of course, not everything related to immigration is complicated and confusing. However, to someone who is not an experienced professional in this specific field of law the line between simple and complicated is often invisible.
This is why we always encourage that at the very least you consult with an experienced immigration lawyer to avoid costly mistakes. The cost can be not just money and time, but severe consequences such as ineligibility (including permanent ineligibility) for a visa, green card or other immigration benefits.
How I can help
There are various factors that can impede any lawyer’s ability to bring about a specific result within a specific timeframe. Competent and caring professionals will certainly strive to do great work for their clients. However, rules of ethics require a sober view of what can and cannot be promised without setting unreasonable expectations in a client’s mind. Those rules prohibit guaranteeing success or a specific outcome.
Having said that, I am definitely here to help. I have been in practice as an immigration lawyer since 2008, working exclusively with immigration law cases, and have helped thousands of clients. I handle only certain types of immigration law matters to ensure that I advocate for my clients’ interests with the highest degree of knowledge and experience. Visit About Us for a list of my credentials.
My office handles all types of family-immigration cases, to include marriage-base immigration, petitions for parents, children, and siblings, and both adjustment of status and immigrant visa processing. Among my practice concentrations is EB-1 self-petitions for the classification of extraordinary ability in arts and athletics, and O and P visas. I also handle applications for naturalization, waivers (I-601 and I-601A), VAWA-based self-petitions by abused spouses, and other immigration law matters.

My approach to the practice of immigration law
As an immigration lawyer who is himself an immigrant I quickly grasp my clients’ issues and relate to their concerns.
Originally from Armenia, I came to America in 1996. I was only 17 at the time, came alone, and had to overcome my own share of challenges. Having personally gone though a long and complicated immigration process made the profession of an immigration lawyer a natural choice for me.
Today that experience as an immigrant serves me in my role as an immigration lawyer. It allows me to truly connect with those people who come to see me for legal counsel.
My clients come from all corners of the world, but when it comes to discussing their immigration issues we really speak the same language and they do not need to explain to me the importance of succeeding in their case.
